I am really impressed! I had been looking for a clean place to wash my bulkier laundry items and The Laundry Basket was perfect for what I needed. The staff is super friendly and proactively gave me a new-customer discount. I dropped off my comforter and two quilts to be laundered and they were ready in less than a day.

The owner, Scott, is the best example of a down-to-Earth businessman. He helped me with a rough load of laundry for a friend my first time working with him and then managed to notify me when my payment didn’t go through immediately on my own personal load the second time so I could still get it delivered the same day. He really shows his appreciation in working with customers and I cannot recommend his services enough! Especially if you are disabled, the prices and charges are super fair and accommodating!
Laundry was picked up on time. I was kept informed of the process. And, it was delivered as promised. It was neatly folded in a plastic bag. I have recommended them to a friend and will use again.
