We were so lucky to have had such a fantastic team. We had 4 therapists, each with the same supportive, caring, and motivating attitude. Consistently going above and beyond to help, and always with a positive perspective. We had most of our team during Covid, and it was honestly the support that I needed to get through that time. They say that therapists are special babies' first friends, and we are so grateful to have had such beautiful friendships. We have been BEYOND thrilled with the services we have received from TEIS. Our Physical Therapist, Rachel, got our very stubborn son to start walking and now he’s running and jumping all over the house! Our Speech Therapist, Olivia, is phenomenal. While we’ve never met in person (thanks, COVID!), she has made an unbelievable difference in our lives. Our son is communicating clearly with us and has SO MANY MORE words than he did when we started. The tools she has given me to work with him are indispensable. He is so much happier now that he can use words and sounds to tell me his wants/needs/feelings. I am already dreading next June when he will graduate out of the program. Choosing TEIS as our provider for Early Intervention services is one of the best decisions I’ve made as a parent. If you are considering them, I strongly encourage you to make the same choice that I did. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
My husband and I started PT and OT with TEIS when our daughter was only three months. Due to her being a preemie, she had torticollis and some issues with feeding. Her therapists were incredible from working with her unpredictable schedule to answering questions any time of the day. Addie is now 14 months old and thriving. I am beyond thankful for our therapists. I would highly recommend TEIS to anyone who is even slightly worried about their child. I honestly do not think she would be where she is now if we did not intervene.
