If you had a family member (who you like) who is a tech expert and happy to help with whatever you need, this is what it's like working with Steve. He provides that level of ease, access, communication, and support. He just built me a new Windows 11 PC which perfectly meets my particular requirements, and made the whole process remarkably easy for me. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Oh my goodness, I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Steve. He was incredibly easy to work with, responsive to all messages, generous with his time and expertise, and the quality and care he demonstrated with the reconstruction of my PC is totally next level. I found Steve's company on a google search, and I took a total leap of faith on him when my graphics card just up and died unexpectedly.
