MedicaidThis office has medicaid! Though other offices have this option, this office properly uses the service. I called 7 different dentists who told me that my plan does not cover a crown at my age or that it can technically cover it through a referral, which would 100% get denied, I was told. 7 different offices told me I was out of luck. Was having a hard time finding a dentist that would take my (not great) dental insurance, and was so glad to have found South Side Dental Pavilion.Kind, friendly folks. Easy to get an appointment (I've gotten in next day). No surprises with billing. Professional, honest, efficient. It's everything you'd look for in a dental office. Would (and will) recommend to anyone looking for a new primary dentist.

I desperately needed a new dentist when one of my front teeth broke in half. I called Southside Dental Pavilion and they got me an appointment the next day. The secretaries were so kind, pleasant, caring and helpful! They knew I was nervous and went above and beyond to talk to me and put me at ease.I saw Dr. Edwin Yu and was so impressed with his professionalism, skill, and warm personality. He was great!
