I have been coming to this salon for years but I have to say my last couple of visits have been a let down, and unfortunately I will be finding another salon. No customer should have to wait 20mins to an hour in their car for their braider to show up when they've made an appointment and a mandatory deposit. This has happened to me multiple times now. The braiders are very nice. But customer service has gone downhill over the years.

Great service! Came here for the first time a few weeks ago. Got me in the shop the morning after the day I called, also got me in on very late notice. Got exactly what I wanted and asked for!! I definitely recommend coming here. Great people and a great environment. Will definitely be returning!!Services: Braids
