Jessica is a miracle worker. She handles my cat, Mallory, with total patience and fully understands her dramatic senior-citizen personality. Somehow she still manages to turn her into a dignified old queen every single time. Mallory walks out looking ten years younger, and I walk in feeling like a regular every visit. Jessica remembers all her quirks, deals with her theatrics like a pro, and always makes her look adorable. Highly recommend!

Great little place in Pittsburgh! I'm traveling and need to find daycare places for my dog so I can enjoy some of the non dog-friendly museums and such - Shaggy Maggie's was wonderful! They were great to my Rosie and she smelled great after her bath!

My cat and I had a great experience here! First, I love that I can book online! Unfortunately I had to cancel my first appointment because I had something viral going around my cat population. Jess was very understanding and allowed me to rebook for the following week. Then, I was very late to drop my cat off when traffic was unusually bad. I was very embarrassed, but, again, Jess was very understanding.
My cat's lion cut is very cute, and she is so thrilled to have shorter fur she doesn't have to groom as much. Nissa has had a lion cut in the past, and she's pretty good about it, but Jess seemed to handle her like a pro.
