“Sam’s Dry Cleaners SAVED my wedding! The night before my wedding, I looked at my dress in the garment bag only to find black streaks across my white dress, and learned that the bag had fallen off of the luggage cart and been run over, which somehow resulted in my dress coming out and getting dirty, but I was not informed. Thank goodness I looked the night before! We called Sam’s to get some help with what we could buy to clean it, and the owner himself said to bring it in first thing the next morning and that he would come in early and fix it. In 10 minutes, he SAVED the day!!! It looked absolutely perfect and there was no evidence that anything had happened to it. They also dry cleaned the dress after the wedding and it looks good as new! I plan to get the dress preserved through Sam’s as well. Beyond this specific event, the staff is always so kind and helpful. I will always keep coming back to Sam’s and will never hesitate to recommend them to everyone!!!”
