I have lived in this part of Avalon for 16 years now. And never knew what SBM, did.So I called and spoke to Patty, I needed a router hooked up. I spoke to Bob, and he told me, he would take a look at it. So he came by with Glen, from there and took a look at it. And, they helped me! My Wi Fi is up and working and I am beyond thrilled! I am not a geek, do not have a lot of people in my life to help, so I am grateful, that they could help me. That was a Random Act of Kindness, that was very much appreciated!!! Thank you!
