I went today for the first time. I actually had an appt for 12:30 I called a day before to change my time an hour earlier she had another appointment and couldn't make it an hour earlier but was able to accomadate by making my appointment at 10 am which I was So greatful and appreciative of. After my appointment was over I went to pay with my spa finder gift card and it wouldn't work the woman called the spa finder customer service with me and got everything fixed and got the card to work she was patient caring and understanding through the whole thing. She was very knowledgeable about all of her products to help me purchase a good product for my skin and during my whole chemical facial treatment walked me through eveything All in all she was totally amazing and I can't wait to go back for my next appointment. I would highly recommend her and the spa
