Jim Carroll has been very attentive and thorough in my case. He so graciously took the time to meet with me when I had a work related discrimination case, he spent about 2 hours with me the first time I met him and took genuine care and concern in attentively listening to my case and finding every avenue to help me have a voice and seeking justice for the way my past employer treated me.
