Could not have been more happy with my experience. From start to finish they were the most professional individuals I've ever dealt with. Would recommend them to everyone. Answered all questions with both science based information and first hand experience. Took the time to explain (in great detail sometimes) their process and help keep our minds at ease. If I could give them 6 stars I would.
I would highly recommend this company . They were quick to get me scheduled. Communicated before coming out to get an idea of what was going on. Matt came out and was very honest and knowledgeable. He seemed like he really cared and spent time discussing the situation and looking everything over . We were both very impressed with his knowledge and his honesty recommending nothing was needed at this point in time.

Updating my review because I've also used Matt + Jake for a professional mitigation service when my basement flooded. They were so quick to come and asses the damage and left the basement even cleaner than it was originally. Super trustworthy company and highly recommend!
