Milan did a very thorough inspection of a property we're in the process of buying. I walked the entire property with him. He explained everything clearly & made the appropriate recommendations. He also pointed out some things that were worth noting but not worth writing up, and he put my mind at ease about some things that looked like they might be problems but actually aren't.
