Sacred Social House is hands down the best yoga studio in Pittsburgh! Jamie is one of none and I’m honored to have connected with her along my journey. The volt alchemy yoga classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays are so powerful!! Thank you Jamie!!
I've been attended Sacred Social House since the days it was Prana Veda Yoga. After having attending several different yoga studios in the past, I can firmly state that this is favorite. A lot of yoga studios are very gimmicky. And it's quite obvious that they have misappropriated the Hatha, Vinyasa, Kudalini, etc lineage to make money. Instead of respectfully honoring the lineage.
However, I've never felt that is the case at Sacred Social House. It'a a very peaceful and respectful space that is overseen by a yogini that I can tell respects Buddhism, Sanatana Dharma and First Nations Traditions very much.
