    I started doing 1-on-1 training sessions a month ago now, and I'm really glad I chose PFP. I had a lot of anxiety about walking into a gym, but everyone here has been very warm and welcoming. I've worked with coaches Andi, Deon, and Wes so far; all three of them have been excellent and tailored my sessions to what is best for me and my body. I'm improving myself while learning the right way to exercise, and that makes it fun.

    PFP has been a game changer for me. As a 67-year old with little gym experience, I was hesitant to even enter the place. But the superlative reviews got me in the door, where I was met by the smiling and welcoming face of Frank. He's been my trainer now for six months, and PFP is a very comfortable and productive place for me. Everyone here is upbeat and positive. The facility is well-maintained, large and sunny, and fully equipped. I highly recommend the personal trainer option.     Making the decision to start personal training with Deon was an incredible decision. I am getting stronger each session and feel amazing. The environment at PFP is also super supportive and friendly. I would recommend anyone to join.
