Came as a first time client just from searching for the closest salon to my house and felt so welcomed and cared for. I showed my stylist Hailey a picture of what I wanted with my hair, and she gave me helpful feedback about what would work for the look I was going for. My hair looked better than I even hoped! I love that I can go into PBL with a vague idea of what I want and Keli seems to understand what I want and sends me out the door looking fabulous! My son is blind and can only describe the hair color he wants. Keli always does a great job of finding colors that are amazing 👏.

I’ve been going to Hailey for a while now and she’s the best- the only hairdresser I’ll go to in Pittsburgh. I have a white streak in my hair that I prefer not to dye over, and she always meticulously makes sure it’s protected. She’s so careful and gives me exactly what I ask for. I’ve loved my hair every time she’s done it!
