I met Max and Jeb when they were networking in my neighborhood, and I signed up for a new phone service that they were offering. They were both very polite and respectful. Max’s customer service skills are absolutely excellent. He represents himself and the company that he works for very well. He is very tactful, professional, and hospitable. He loves what he does, and I had a great experience with him. He does a great job following up with me, answering questions, and helping me with anything I need. I had a sales Rep from Verizon at my house, that not only provided us with the best deals that Verizon had but he went above and beyond with issue we encounter after the sale was finalized. He was available at all times even when he didn't need to assist us any longer. 2 weeks after, he still called just to assure us that everything was working as it should. I am not sure who can see this message but please know that if you ever get a sales Rep by the name of Taylor Flynn, he is the best. Kind, humble and trustworthy.
