I take my daughter here to get box braids. Everytime I call the women that make the appointments has an attitude. She is not pleasant. I like how they do my daughter's hair for the most part but I hate to call to make the appointment because the women who take the calls is not pleasant to speak with. I wish they would replace her. They need to get someone who know how to talk to people. Also she always change the time first she tell me one time then when I call to confirm my appointment she change it to another time. I need to find another shop so I don't have to deal with her.Service: Hair extensions

I had a good experience at okapi . Bibi was my hairstylist and she did an excellent job with my Senegalese twist. I will definitely recommend herUpdate: I’m already losing braids in the back and she didn’t use enough hair in the front. I have to use hair band to cover the front. If I was still in Pittsburgh, I would go back to have her fix it. I don’t think it’s worth $200 if it can’t even last two weeks. Please use enough hair to not waste our money.Service: Hairstyling
