One of the females saw me walk in the door, as I stood at the counter she was playing on her phone. Everyone else had a client except her and she never walked over to the counter to see if she could help or assist me. Rudely played on her phone, so I walked out.

I am updating this review about 3 months later because I was so angry when I wrote it it didn’t make sense so let me be more clear. Erika did not listen to me at all and had little experience with color prior. She also had not listened to her teacher at the salon and that’s why my hair got so messed up. I went to a real salon and paid $225 to get it fixed and they wouldn’t even give me a refund when all I am a college student who makes no money. I told her when I walked in I wanted minimal length cut off. I said 1 inch probably. She said she would need to do more because it was “dead.” It wasn’t dead. She cut off 6 inches. Sam is the young lady that did my pedicure and she told me that I was her first client. She is very sweet and she will definitely go far. However, as far as the rest of the students and the instructors, everyone was standing around not doing anything. It was very unorganized and no one seemed motivated to take a clients. This is where my baby sister wanted to go as part of her birthday trip (we are from Columbus, Ohio). GREATLY disappointed!
