“I sent an email to their guitar technician Matt about rewiring my partscaster. He was extremely enthusiastic about working on my guitar. I brought it in early on Tuesday and he had it ready to go for me by Wednesday afternoon. From what he explained it was a pretty easy fix but without him it might have never been fixed. I am so thankful for him and his knowledge. I will definitely be returning for any more of my guitar needs.“
