I started going here when Dr. Tesla was still there and he worked with me and my family. He was not pretentious or cookie cutter. NOW, that Dr. Lorenz has taken over, she has picked up right where he left off with updated equipment and she beings up-to-date approach and prescription. She recently diagnosed a lifelong issue that my wife had, and then prescribed a procedure and recommended the surgeon. This whole process to improved results was as efficient and effective as one could hope! For the rest of our family's general exam and corrective-ware needs, this is ALSO a great one-stop office for all those needs-optician is right there. I wish the Center continued success as they have had with us and that many more folks would provide a rating here, as they benefit.
I can't speak highly enough of this eye office. I called in a couple of weeks ago to schedule a routine eye appointment and they got me in quickly (no needing to book me several months out). I showed up for my appointment and they took me right back to begin my eye exam. I've been going to Mt Lebanon Vision Center for a couple years now and I've always appreciated that they are prompt and on time. All of the staff and also the doctor were extremely helpful, answered my questions, and gave great insights. Truly one of a kind vision center! Highly recommend!
My spouse and I have been coming here for years, and are very pleased with courtesy of the office staff, and the professionalism of the optical staff. Dr. Lorenz really took her time working with me to make sure my prescription felt right to me. We recently brought our 6-year-old for her first pair of glasses, and that was a very positive experience as well. Everyone we worked with was great with kids.
