It was a pleasure working Moss Architects on the Gluuteny Bakery Retail Redesign project. Working directly with Architect, Katie LaForest made what initially seemed to be a daunting undertaking enjoyable and fun. It was great having Katie run interference with the contractor on our behalf. Our bakery staff has now worked in the newly reconfigured space for 4 months and it functions very well for them. The vast majority of our customers have expressed praise and appreciation for the new aesthetics and enhanced customer facing improvements. The Moss team was respectful of our budget and time constraints. We got a big impact for the money and time spent.

Very happy with the design work they did for us. Andrew (Moss) really listened and incorporated everything that we wanted. He and his team were very responsive throughout the process. Definitely would recommend!
