We had our windows replaced 14 years ago and needed replacement clips for some of the screens. It wasn't a problem Missy said they were covered under warranty and gave me new ones.
I had the pleasure of working with Metropolitan on a custom door and screen door. This was a custom order due to the dimensions of the door and I was told it would be in within 6 weeks and true to their word…my door was delivered and installed within that timeframe. The salesman Guy Defebo called set the appointment up and was there promptly at the established time. Guy gave me some suggestions to the style of door, locking systems and color. The 2 gentlemen (I'm sorry as I've forgotten their names) who installed the door were very professional and answered questions that I had about the door and were just so pleasant. There was not a scrap left behind for me to clean up after they had completed the installation. I am so pleased with the door……it looks beautiful and was worth every penny. I would definitely recommend Metropolitan to everyone and if I would have any other need for doors or windows I will definitely place a call to them….such pleasant people to work with and that is so hard to find today.
