“Dr. Leong does an expert job on my tear trough filler. But I'm over 55, in my opinion my eyes needed surgical enhancement. I'm a veteran of multiple facial and body procedures. When you're young and foolish, you go by what you can afford. This time I consulted with several surgeons, who all suggested a brow lift. I wisely went with Dr. Leong's upper lid blepharoplasty and 7 months later I look young and natural, not trendy. The results were exactly what I was hoping to achieve. Highly recommend.“

“I had a breast lift with the internal bra in November 2025 and I'm so glad I went with Dr. Turer and the staff at Pittsburgh Center for Plastic Surgery.
