They have made my job much easier with calling the listing agent to confirm the time of inspection with sellers. Being able to provide both home and pest inspection. The inspector arrived promptly. He was thorough and informative with buyers. Taking extra time with them and answer all of their questions. And the inspection report was precise and easy to read.
