Bob inspected our house while we were under contract - he was wonderful. He made sure to do a full inspection of the outside (even during a snow storm) - ensuring that we knew where critical items in our new home were - vents for the furnace, shut offs for water, as well as things that would be good to know in the future such as extra gas line that was capped outside.
We went room by room and he made sure to tell us everything he was checking and make sure we had no questions before we went to the next room - the entire process was about 2.5 hours and we had our report a little over 12 hours later. I'd highly recommend him for any home inspection work you need!
