I LOVE Kenny's!!! Cammy is the best and her family is amazing! My nails last me WEEKS!!! Got them done around Thanksgiving and none have popped off or broken off since. Gel is done so well that I don't get my hair snagged around my nails when they grow out. This is the only salon I have been going to for the past year because I know I will get a consistent experience. Highly recommend.
UPDATE: a manager promptly reached out to me and was incredibly nice and willing to make everything right. It was a mistake that I greatly appreciate her wanting to fix as soon as possible.ALWAYS get a receipt from this place. I went in for a gel polish change and the technician asked me if it was my first time there. I told her that it wasn't but I hadn't been there in a while. When she checked me out, she charged me extra than the posted price on their wall. When I asked why, she just said that they would charge me less next time. When I checked my bank account later on, it turns out she charged me double the price she told me it was.
my roommate and i came in as a walk-in to get an acrylic full set and they took us right away. i did have to wait a little bit, but i know that it wasn’t their fault. overall im very happy with my nails and i would recommend going here!
