I had need of some small jobs to be done inside my home. After several failed attempts of using Home Advisor and Angie’s List to find a contractor, I found J&J myself. I sent my inquiry to them and the same day Jesse contacted me. He was honest, respectful and wasn’t put off by the small jobs I needed done. He set up time to come and view the work before writing up the contract and took the time to come back and meet with us to be sure it covered what was needed. The day they were to start the job, the showed up on time and started right away. After day 1, when I checked the work done I found some things I didn’t like and talked to them to change it- which they did with no problem and no additional cost. I ended up pleased with them and the work completed. I appreciated the fact the jobs were small and they did them for us. When I am ready for some other home improvements to be done- I will definitely call Jesse and his team again!
I would highly recommend J&J construction for any roofing job in Pittsburgh. Jesse and his crew put a new roof on our house, kept us updated (with pictures and phone calls) though every phase of the process, and was always available, day or night, to address any problems or concerns that I had during the process. Their attention to detail was superb (if there was rotted wood in the frame, they replaced it, etc.) The finished roof is beautiful and should hold up well for years to come. I will be exclusively using J&J for my contracting needs in the future.
