Sydney has been a blessing for me over the past several months. I came to her when I was at a pretty low point and she helped walk through the depths and come out feeling more connected. I originally came in for a guidance session, had a few reiki sessions, then joined a workshop and a cleanse that she offered, which were all amazing and basically like a MUCH needed hug for my soul. Thank you Sydney, I look forward to working with you again!

I have worked with Sydney over the last 6-7 months through her membership program. Working with her consistently is truly life changing. Not only does she offer so much knowledge with Ayurveda that is specific to your body, she also offers a safe space to talk, cry, laugh and share whatever is on your heart. She has helped me work through so much and I am very grateful to continue to work with her!

I feel so lucky to have found Inner Element Wellness here in Pittsburgh and did not have to travel all the way to Kerala, India to receive the aspects of Panchakarma that were prescribed to me by my Vaidya. Syndey has both a deep wisdom and kindness to her approach as a healer. Her techniques are well adapted to the needs of people of today's world while somehow remain traditionally ground at the roots. The center is very clean, while also having a warm, soothing atmosphere. I feel energized, refreshed and grateful for the experience!
