Washington room on the 16th floor is stunning, overlooking Market Square, but windows are thin, and noise from live music can be heard from below, which might bother light sleepers. The hotel also features a relaxing spa, where guests can enjoy a deep tissue massage with Aleece. Visitors appreciated the welcoming atmosphere, the peaceful environment, and the opportunity to use spa amenities. Stayed here about a month ago for my friend’s birthday to see Wicked the musical and the staff/ hotel was phenomenal! The Benedum Theater was a short walk with lots of food options nearby as well. When we were checking in we told the front desk staff that we were going to see Wicked; they were SO kind and sent us themed cocktails to our room! 🩷💚 The view from our room was gorgeous too. Overall amazing stay and would definitely go back!
We had a great stay at the end of a long trip. The location was perfect being close to both of our appointments downtown. There are also a lot of good restaurants close by. There was some work being done on remodeling the guest accommodations, but always cleared up by the evenings. We will look forward to staying in the new accommodations in the future. We also had to stay an extra day due to weather, and the Fairmont was very accommodating and helping us accomplish that.
We had the most incredible experience at the Fairmont Pittsburgh, and I cannot say enough good things about the staff, especially Hannah A.
From the very beginning, Hannah was responsive, friendly, and genuinely caring. She truly went above and beyond for our wedding weekend. When I walked into our room and saw everything she had set up for our boys, including snacks and Avengers surprises, I actually cried. It was so thoughtful and sweet. They were in heaven, and it made the whole weekend even more special for our family.
