Dr. Horvath and her staff were very friendly every time I went in, until I missed an appointment, which was rescheduled several times. In all fairness, the rescheduling was due to there requirements during COVID, but the moment I missed the appointment, I received a bill for non-cancellation. I called to explain that I got sidetracked because of an unexpected call from the school about by child possibly being exposed and having to pick her up. Went to Dr. Horvath about 3 or 4 years ago for 2 crowns and mercury fillings removal. The one crown fit good from what I could see, but the other one did not fit correctly. She redid the one 4 times and it still was not right. She would not redo the one crown for the 5th time. I knew this was the best she could do, since the cosmetic talent was not there. She's an OK general dentist (the fillings came out with no issues) and comes across as a nice person. Also, I was not happy at all with the cleaning of my teeth. Ten minutes to clean teeth? First they call the wrong number after I changed it my last appointment. On top of that I called not even a week prior to adjust my new appointment. Second I show up to them canceling my appointment after I call off work to make it. But they want to act like it’s on me smh. I’ll never give them the time of day again
