This was my third time visiting this shop, and every experience has been amazing! One thing I really love is that all of the stylists work together on the same floor instead of being separated into individual suites. It creates such a warm, welcoming, and collaborative atmosphere.

I have alopecia areata and seborrheic dermatitis, so I'm often embarrassed and anxious about going into hair salons. However, my stylist, Irv, made me feel completely comfortable. There was absolutely no judgment about the condition of my scalp or hair, which meant more to me than I can express. Instead, I was met with kindness, compassion, and understanding.

I wanted to get a pixie cut because I missed my short hair. I went to HBSL for the first time today and I absolutely LOVE my new haircut!!!!! Shawna did an AMAZING job on my hair!! I enjoyed the atmosphere in the salon. Everyone was very nice and chill. I cannot wait to go back. Thank you, Shawna!!!! 💜

High level of service in a fun, down to earth atmosphere! I am a “complex” hair client — growing out highlights, hair broken from tape ins, grey roots… it took 4 sessions and I looked fantastic each time — now I look like the woman from What Not to Wear!!! Thank you La Shawna!! Suggest booking a consultation— I was able to explain (with a few tears) my hair problems? ???❤️
