After having my hair cut for 45 years at a high priced salon I decided to give great clips a try. In one sitting, Phillip at the mt. lebanon location did every bit as good a job for a far more reasonable price. I am a repeat customer now and in fact, going there in about an hour.
I always get a wonderful cut here! Very easy to set up appointments or walk in, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I want to make particular note of Phil. He does phenomenal work, and he helped me through trying a new style for me with patience, compassion, and great skill.
This location is the best in the greater Pittsburgh region. I’ve had hair cut by Jared, Lisa, and Phil. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND every single time I’ve been to the store. Phil was especially diligent when I had to collect a hair sample for a lab sample. He is attention to detail, graceful, and customer-based. I love coming to these location and seeing them, because they make my day every time- aside from the amazing haircuts they do!
