Kat is awesome! She really took her time and did a great consultation and haircut. I left looking and feeling good. I've been before and the results have been so-so. Not today. I used a coupon and it was worth trying them again.

The Great Clips at Washington Road - I didn't check online since it was a random visit to this location. I usually go to Brownsville Road Great Clips and thought to give this location a try. Check-in was quick and easy and Jennifer made it a pleasing experience. I was told that it would take 45 mins or less to get me my hair cut. Spent some 30+ minutes (or less, it passed quickly) waiting and watching customer go in and out and every one was greeted by the 3 ladies working there with a smile. Must appreciate Jennifer with her absolutely beautiful smile and courteous attitude to adults and kids alike. Would definitely go there again!

This was definitely one of my best experiences with great clips in the last decade. Came here after my old place shut down and couldn’t be happier with the customer service and care. I Cannot recommend Phil enough! He is passionate about what he does and made sure to take his time with my cut. Heard about him from a friend and I am super happy with the cut I received from him. 10/10 would recommend him & this location.
