The doctors I have seen here were both fantastic at explaining what was going on throughout my exam. They also have a retinal scanner that does not require dilation, which is a huge benefit for me since I'm very light sensitive. Also the front staff are great. They are very knowledgeable about frame and lens options, and they take the time to explain it all. By far the best optometry experience I've had. I can't recommend them enough.

What a really wonderful experience. Everyone from Tiffany, Carly, Dr Crawford and especially Libby were so wonderful and nice.And what I really appreciated was they made excellent suggestions that prevented me from picking glasses that would make me look like a complete and total moron.Honestly the process was really quick and smooth and everybody was so friendly and nice that it just made for a pleasant experience. Everyone was passionate and knowledgeable. If I had questions they were thoroughly answered.Carly who does that annoying puff thing in the eye was really super funny and just generally made me feel comfortable and relaxed.Dr Crawford took a few extra minutes...read full review

I was having some difficulty with my new progressive lenses, which was odd for me because that is not typically a struggle. I stopped in, they made a quick adjustment, and it worked like magic. What’s more…I don’t think you can beat their selection of frames anywhere. Highly recommend the Shadyside location!
