Extremely fast turn around time. Every window I’ve had repaired by them has been done in less than 48 hours (usually by the next day). Great communication and friendly staff. They’ve got dogs and a parrot inside as a bonus.
What a great place!! So easy when your dealing with people who are professional, polite, know their products and produce it in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. Dont waste your time and money just go to Emerald!!
First let me say the staff is amazing. All three women I met Kim, Barb, and Michelle are extremely kind and accommodating. I came in with my grandmother to fix her stained class wall clock and and hanging stained glass butterfly. Silly repairs… not a huge purchase. We were treated like we just bought a $10,000 stained glass window. Not only did we drop those off for repair, I get a call the next day they’re done. So less than 24 hour turnaround for a “silly repair”I can’t recommend this place high enough. I’m buying a house and want a stained glass window and will be coming to them for all my needs. Thank you again Kim, Barb, and Michelle!!! ❤️
