I’ve been a patient for several years at this office and I have nothing to say against the doctor, but the receptionist that you have to go through is the worst. I had so many issues with scheduling, paying extra or not knowing that some things were not covered by insurance and they still performed the procedures without telling me that I was not due for that yet-it’s just unbelievable. The most annoying-they don’t care that I am unhappy with the outcome or all of these issues could’ve been avoided if they just did their job(telling me that it’s not due for a fluorite for my children-so don’t offer it! Before covid I went to Dr Dunlap I was told I needed a crown I agreed to have the crown put in after 2 weeks the crown fell off went back to Dr Dunlap he said he was going to put a post in which he didn't do the first time after one week the post and the crowd came off $1,500 later I still don't have a tooth

Never minded going to the dentist. Dr. Dunlap and every hygienist I have had were great. They were professional and efficient. Twice, however, I was not contacted by staff that my appointment was canceled. I live 30 minutes away. First time, I was told that it was canceled as I signed in. The second time, I signed in; was crossed off the list - crossed off the sign-in list!; and sat there for 30 minutes waiting only to find out my appointment had been canceled. I had to go to the desk to find this out. Such a waste of my time because of their incompetence. Even after that, I tried to get back on the schedule while I looked for a new dentist.
