Ross was wonderful to deal with but $181.00 to just schedule them another $245.00 and he was only here 15, please reply to why this is close to $400 to have a replacement part put in, and I had the part! This is out of control
The delivery of our new machine was perfect! We had two stairways and an old machine to remove, in addition to the new installation. The guys were clean and careful. We are so happy with our delivery and machine!
Our refrigerator broke down a few months before the warranty ran out. Don's sent us a nice loaner refrigerator, came out, ordered parts, came back and took care of it. Everyone was so friendly and nice to work with. I'd recommend them to anyone.
