I originally got my teeth pulled at their other office. It was a painless and great process. Then the next step was to get dentures at this Swissvale office. However, the insurance was denying it. I spent the next several months fighting with the insurance to get approval. In the fight with me was Linda, the Office Manager. There is another Linda at this office and she works the desk (she is very nice and professional too), however it was the Office Manager Linda who helped. She spent time on the phone with the insurance getting the approval.
My only reason for not giving 5 stars, is because it was difficult to get a person on the phone at first. I had left several...read full review
