I have not had direct experience with this place but I am a Verizon FIOS customer and have not been able to get the WPXI/NBC network for weeks now. Verizon claims Cox Media Group is demanding an excessive and unreasonable rate increase. Likely due to greed? No problem with the rest of the channels. And this impasse is happening in the midst of the biggest Steelers game of the season; a game scheduled to be televised on NBC. Means I won’t be able to watch it unless I get a digital antenna (might be a better option and do away with cable altogether). Verizon FIOS customers are complaining to Verizon. Maybe it’s the Cox Media Group they should be complaining to.
