We’re current renters. A few months ago dealt with a different hvac company. Terrible experience. Climatech came today and did more work and the whole experience all around was night and day difference! Chris was very knowledgeable and informative and answered all my questions. I first met with Mike Horner who walked through my home with me for about an hour going through the totality of the installation for my Mitsubishi Ductless System. Overall, we settled on 5 wall units, 1 ceiling unit, and 2 condeser units located outside. My house is nearly 100 years old and traditional central air wasn't going to work. Mike was timely with answering my questions and getting me multiple proposal revisions as I flip/flopped on the ceiling unit, without ever making me feel pressured or a nuisance. It was one of those hot, miserable days when my ac stopped working. It only took a phone call and Paul Betlyn was out to do an emergency repair. While here Paul explained that the only way to fix the problem permanently was to purchase a new unit. After 27 yrs this seemed to be the logical path. Paul explained in detail my options. No high pressure sales tactic whatsoever. Simply the facts and the decision was mine. It was decided to replace both the ac unit and the aging furnace.
