I wish I could give zero stars. MyEyeDr's outrageous understaffing wasted hours of my precious time and caused me to miss a critical therapy appointment. The shameless prioritization of bottom line over patient wellbeing on display here is unacceptable. I had an appointment scheduled well in advance, which I arrived on time for. I expected to be seen promptly as a patient who took the proper steps. Instead, I was left waiting for an egregious length of time, nearly TWO HOURS past my appointment time. WOW! The owner of this center seriously needs to evaluate their front of office staff. One quick scroll through the google reviews affirmed me in my opinion that the women that work that desk are two of the rudest people in customer service. You can't get anyone on the phone and when you finally do you are treated like trash. Called with a simple question this morning and this woman sighs and says "I don't even know who you are". Speaking to these women makes you feel like you're on an episode of Punk'd. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!

Did not call that they stopped taking my insurance until I drove 45 min to show up. Then receptionist was rude as hell about it.
