I've been going to The Eye Gallery for almost 20 years. Every time I have been there, they've treated me properly with courtesy and professionalism. The eye doctor I go to is Dr. Lisa Bowen. She is thorough, personable, and approachable. At no time was she giving the feeling that I was an intrusion. Quite the opposite. The level of care she provided goes above and beyond. All questions were answered to my satisfaction. And she is very thorough with her examinations. I leave there with the feeling that I am in great hands. My entire family now goes there. What a great experience! Booking an appointment was very easy online and once I got there I got a quick, professional, and very friendly appointment. Everyone went out of their way to make sure everything was done well. Thanks!

The appointment was scheduled with ease, and when I arrived, the staff was pleasant and efficient. I hate places where they act like used car salesmen. This was not them. They did not try to sell on uncovered procedures (the retinal imagery is not covered by insurance, which I had to clarify), and they certainly did not perform the uncovered procedures and then expect me to pay for them out of pocket (as I have experienced elsewhere in the city). In and out with my contact lens prescription in less than an hour. Conveniently located next to campus, no complaints here.
