My husband and I want to put in a custom island for our kitchen. We met with Brad in person and talked about our wants/needs for our new island and provided him with the dimensions of our kitchen. We were told that we would have a design by the next week. That was 3 weeks ago. Last week (2 weeks after meeting), my husband sent Brad an email asking when we would have our design.
