Stacey and her staff were absolutely fantastic. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and their customer service was incredible. All around a great-experience and I could not recommend them more!
The whole buying process was very simple. I let them know what I was looking for, price range, and cut style. They ordered a few stones and they arrived to the store very quickly. Upon the stone arrival, the in store visit was very easy, and the staff was very helpful about making sure we were getting what we wanted. Quick arrival of customized ring after!
Best jewelry store I have ever been in! When I got there to get my fiance her engagement ring and wedding band. The ladies there were so polite and helpful! The owner was extremely nice and very pleasant to to talk to! I will definitely be back for all NY jewelry needs!
