It’s been a while since I’ve said this, but the massage I had with James was genuinely exactly the way I wish every single massage I’ve had in the past was. From start to finish, the experience was an absolute masterclass in attentive, individualized care. He took the time to truly listen, perfectly understood the specific reasons for my appointment, and tailored the service accordingly.
So many massage therapists out there do the complete opposite of what a customer requests. It is unfortunately all too common to meet a practitioner who is overly attached to a specific routine or rigid technique that doesn’t closely align with your actual physical needs or goals… read full review

From the moment we walked into Body By Design, it was clear that this thoughtful and beautiful space has relaxation and wellness gently planned in every corner. The spa is designed beautifully, with soothing cream tones, relaxing music and soft lighting. I received a wonderful massage from the spa owner, Heather. I felt so relaxed and had better range of motion in my neck after our treatment. My husband Mike received a treatment in the fantastic multimodality Oasis Sauna pod, And he felt fantastic afterward. I also love the beautiful retail area and happily purchased a few gifts for friends and my daughters. I definitely will be back! 🥰
