This was my first time. Jade was personable and professional. She explained my nails needed repair because they were breaking. I got the dip powder and was pleased with the service, she gave me. I will make Blume Nails my new nail salon. Also Tina and other staff were friendly and made the atmosphere very comfortable for me.
I have been coming to the waterworks facility for over two years and have John do my pedicures. He always does a great job.
Today there was a young man that I have never seen there before had bleached hair came up to John and started a heavy conversation with him. Although I didn’t understand what they were saying it was apparent they were having a conflict. It was very inappropriate for this young man to start an argument with another employee while he was servicing a customer. Walked in on a whim just looking to get a fill! Honestly was blown away, everyone was friendly, professional and my nails have never looked better! I get my nails done every 3 weeks and it takes a lot to impress me! I already made my next appointment
