Received a cold call from this company and my phone which automatically deals with spam calls with a screening answered the call. The caller on the other line called me a b*stard and stated I should deal with my own calls. If that's who they are hiring I can only imagine the care they put into your project.

We had our shower replaced 2 years ago and even now, I cry when I look at my bathtub. For starters, it is overpriced, we’re stuck financing almost $10000 for a bathroom we hate. The bathtub was originally installed by someone who was very kind, but he wasn’t good. In fact, the installation was so poor, they sent someone else out to fix it weeks later, though we should have demanded a full replacement based on how poor the original install was. It also took 2 days longer than quoted. The whole experience was a nightmare. I will never use again.

Everyone I came across from this company starting from the person who gave us the estimate, to the representative on the phone to the people worked on our shower; Dan Westlake and his helper, all were professional, on time, and did a wonderful job. I’m very satisfied with the work they did and I do recommend this company to others!Service: Remodeling
