Let me start by saying I really do love the therapists in this office. This has absolutely nothing to do with them at all, and they are truly wonderful. However, the billing department is sketchy. I called and asked why I’m paying for certain dates twice, and why a september date was listed on my November statement and not my October. The woman said part of the money that I paid for the October bill was applied to a date not even listed, which resulted in me needing to pay those dates in the next bill. Cut off on the phone many times, no idea how people in this profession can hire employees with bad bed side manor.
I cannot say enough good things about Mary Lou! She has helped me in every aspect of my life.
