I booked an appointment for a pink and white ombre full set and a spa pedicure. I was borderline harassed to add upgrades to each of my services. I had to tell the pedicurist, "if it is not included in what I booked an appointment for I do not want to add it". While my nails look great, 6 of my fingers have open wounds, bled, and are horrifically sore. I was also overcharged by $15. When I went back in to address it, the person I spoke to talked in circles about extra length I didn't get. I had my first experience with Amy Nails & Spa today and they did not disappoint. Ken did an amazing job on my mani/pedi and was so friendly. I had zero complaints. I’ve found my new nail salon!

I came in and got nails that were not quite what I asked for but the owner contacted me afterwards and had me come in the next day to get them fixed by him. He was very gentle on my nails and explained they had a hectic day prior but that he wanted all his customers to be happy. What I left with was so much better and fitting to my taste and he genuinely wanted to make sure the problems were solved. I was so grateful to get really kind customer service and he definitely cares about his business and the people that visit.
