Highly recommend American Wills & Estates. Lloyd Welling (and Judy) sorted out our issues and resolved mine and then my Mother-in-Law's estate. He answered my many questions, explained understandably, and was sensitive to health and family issues. After shopping around, American Wills & Estates was the only estate planners with affordable flat-rate pricing, free and helpful consultation, and resolved the estate in one visit. After putting off estate issues we are grateful, Lloyd gave us peace-of-mind.
Lloyd was extremely knowledgeable and kind about how to handle an estate. He answered my questions in ways that I was able to understand and take action on. He was incredibly helpful in a trying time that is already stressful losing a loved one, in my case very suddenly, without time to prepare for what was left behind when she passed. I felt that he understood the issues very well and I had full confidence that he was there to help and would do everything to be best of his ability, using his many years of experience in a process that I haven't had to do prior.
