As the Event Chair for the WSO, I have the privilege to work with AIGT productions to cater our annual gala. As our largest fundraiser we need a team that understands events and the customer’s expectations for food, and they always deliver. Every detail was thought through, and the execution was even better. When you are responsible for an event, I can’t tell you how nice it is to not have to worry about the largest area, the food.
